Audi R8
The Audi R8 is a supercar powered by a naturally aspirated 5.2L V10 engine, the V10 engine delivering 610 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission and Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system.
It accelerates from 0–60 mph in approximately 3.5 seconds (V10) and as quick as 3.2 seconds (V10 Plus), with a top speed ranging from about 323 km/h to 330 km/h. The R8 features an aluminum and carbon-fiber space frame for reduced weight and rigidity, along with magnetic ride adaptive suspension and a rear-biased AWD system that enhances both stability and performance. Braking is handled by large ventilated discs or optional carbon-ceramic brakes for improved fade resistance under hard driving.
The car’s design includes aggressive air intakes, a low center of gravity, and aerodynamic enhancements for cooling and downforce. Inside, it offers a driver-focused cockpit with Audi’s Virtual Cockpit digital display, high-quality materials, and a minimalist layout without a central infotainment screen, emphasizing performance and driver engagement.
